This organization  is founded on the roots of long experience in cotton trade and trustworthy services & trade dealing  goodwill. It is the inspiration of  Sri Mahabir Prasad Vaid having his dedication to the cotton trade for more than 60years and well known in cotton trade as expert in quality making , grading  and maintaining it. He is the man of establishing goodwill and trust in cotton market and that is the reason his quality of cotton always preferred by the buyer. He has served about 55 years in cotton ginning pressing and oilseeds crushing plants of K.K.Birla group the renowned large industrial house of India. His principle of maintaining the quality, hardworking,  keeping loyalty with trade and win the trust of buyers/end-users enlightened his family to promote and develop  this organization.

In view of it, his younger son Mr. Narendra Kumar enterprisingly started working in North India in  the name and style of N.K.TRADING CO in the year 1987, which took  further  steps to set up another  firm   N.K.EXPORTS to facilitate and serve cotton export working beside domestic supplies and services for all kind of cotton produced in whole of States Punjab,Haryana and Rajasthan in India.His elder son Mr. Surendra Kumar vaid who had also served Birla group  about 23 years and having good knowledge of cotton qualities and cotton ginning  process now looking after this family organization contributing  to expand  business jurisdiction  and trade relations. Now in view of fast development of cotton crop and that too with better quality of cotton in Gujarat lead this organization to establish another associate AGARWAL ENTERPRISES at in India
